Another great high intensity workout. This one is great for criterium and road cyclist wanting to get a good top end edge. This very demanding indoor cycle training workout session is developed to replicate the LAT demands in criterium racing and the decisive moments in road races. Take control of the bunch and start dishing out some pain. Again, this workout focuses on enabling good LAT tolerance while dumping huge VO2MAX power into the pedals. It's very important to pace yourself for these efforts! Focus on your leg speed and creating good powerful pedal strokes when doing all these intervals.
