Great results at the 2009 CSV Winter Results - Masters IRTT Series 1

Troy Stedwell wins his first race!

Got this from Troy today. He came to one of our RaceRight Camps a few months ago. Here is what he has to say:

    Hi David,

I am writing to say thanks for your (and Brendan's) advice at the training camp and that I really appreciate the support I have received from the Cycling Inform Team since then.

I won my first race yesterday at the Northern Combine Event at Woodend. The training program has given me the power I needed to finally win a race. I am more competitive and able to climb easier, bridge gaps and recover from hard efforts without 'blowing up'. Also, I have improved my ability to sprint at the end of a race, as was apparent in the uphill finish yesterday.

I look forward to the online coaching program and training camps and working with you and your team in the future.

    Kind Regards
    Troy Stedwell

I got this from Norbert. Norbert has purchased several products from us and I've had a few conversations with him regarding his training. Well done Norbert.

Jodie Batchelor wins at the 2009 South Pacific Vets Championships in Maryborough over easter

Jodie hammering it around the crit course at the 2009 South Pacific Vets Championships in Maryborough

Winning both the 300m sprint and the time trial in her age group Jodie brought home the sashes. Jodie posted the absolute fastest time in the 300m sprint for women across all age groups and awarded with a special trophy. This had been a goal of Jodie's for a few years. Jodie was also in form for the TT and won gold as well as posting the second fastest time out of women across all age groups.

Jodie was a marked women going into the criterium after her previous day's success, and with combined age groups in the one race, saw each move she made get shut down. Jodie was happy to have Leigh-Anne Dynon as tough competition all Easter weekend. Leigh-Anne took out the State Vets Criterium champs and the road race.

After 12 months of build up... endless hours and kilometers of training and numerous lead up races, the 2009 Australian 24 hour Solo Champion is our very own Jessica Douglas.

Harry Hanley's Race report from the Tour of Coleraine. A big two days out on the bike with misfortune and opportunity.
