This email tips was a good one
I started doing some of my own work to my bike… and to be honest, the shifting especially is better than it’s ever been when I’ve had it done by a shop… I think because you spend the time to make sure all the barrel adjusters are set where you want them… the limit screws are set perfectly and then you adjust your shifting to shift up just as well as down gears… I bought a torque wrench too and now the noise my crank used to make when I had it looked at by a shop has gone!! Plus I bought some of the Dura-Ace grease to re-do the parts just like when you get them new.
