Jane's first race at Sandown scored her fastest woman!

Jane's first E grade race with Southern Vets at Sandown on Thursday 7 Feb 2008 scored her fastest woman! I have been coaching Jane for several months now and she has recently completed the Jan 2008 Bright Boot Camp. This was her first race on the Sandown course. Pre race nerves were settled with a race briefing and a roll around the course to get her familiar with the corners. Jane rode well during the race. Initially riding at the rear to start with Jane steadily moved up into the sweet spot of the bunch as she built up confidence throughout the race. This placed her in a great position in which to bring home the fastest woman of E grade on the day. Congratulations Jane!
