I'm off to Europe for 1 month in the next couple of days. I've got to tell you I've really enjoyed my 3 months plan with you. I've found it extremely challenging. I've done my best with it (the coaching program)... I'd like to stick with you when I get back!!!! I like your programmes. They are thorough!
