Chris takes out a win in C grade after only a short time on the program

Got this e-mail from Chris. He has only been on the program for a short time and getting fantastic results. Well done Chris on your recent win!

"I took out C grade in the sprint on Friday night.  Felt absolutely tired as hell but still managed to pull that extra bit out of the bag to get the win. I know it's only C grade but I'll enjoy the victory anyway.  It was only my tenth race so have to be happy with that, certainly not daunted by B grade and think I'll go OK and knowing I have "done the work" is part of it for me. Finding Brendan very supportive, all our chats are short, sharp and concise which suits me as I generally don't have heaps of time. Excellent programme, really enjoying it.
