Clare 5th in Irish National Road Race

Clare finished 5th in the Women's Irish National Road Race that had constant attacking and only a few riders working in the bunch. Olivia Dillon who is a  US-based pro cyclist and won the National Time Trial earlier in the week also won the Road Race.

The race was contested by 40 ladies undertaking six laps of a 13.27 kilometre course.
