Matt on the 1:20 TT

While Matt Bennett is not officially on our remote coaching programme but we have been assisting him with bike fitting and clothing. This week we got an update from him. We have previously posted an article on Matt - view here. It's great so see him out racing again. It's terrific to see Matt out racing again and with his determination and attitude I am sure we will be hearing more from him in the future.

I have sent you some photos of the 1/20 time trial yesterday, my first race since beating cancer.

I ended up with 3rd in C grade and second for my age group with a time of 16:25. I actually wasn’t happy with the time,
If I had paced myself better Brendan reckoned I could have gone sub 16 but it was good to race again.
