Champion System are continually researching and developing new products and fabrics to give you the best available custom clothing. We received feedback from our Pro Teams and you the customer that our standard bib short lycra could be improved upon.

Rather than sitting on our hands, we took this on board and met with all the fabric suppliers to see what they could offer us that would meet our needs…. A problem arose…… not one could offer the fabric we wanted and needed.  So…. we had to develop our own!!

The result is the new CS CONTOUR lycra. A revolutionary, exclusive fabric for CS Customers only.

A problem with all printable lycra has been finding a happy medium between print quality and the see through nature of the fabric, mainly on lighter colours. CS CONTOUR has nailed both these requirements by using a unique yarn layup, that is actually ‘zig zagged’ in shape rather than the traditional straight yarn. What this does is creates a denser and thicker fabric, generating more compression and fit, yet still providing high breathability and excellent print quality. This fabric has all but eliminated see through problems even on the lightest of colours!

Now you may be asking – surely this will have to raise the price of the CS bibs?? Well the answer is no! We have been able to keep prices the same as they have been even with this upgrade, now making the CS Cycling range the benchmark for custom clothing in Australia.
CS CONTOUR Lycra will be used on all orders produced from August 1 onwards.
