This customised training program for cycling is specifically geared for a busy cyclist that has to fit their training around family and work commitments.
We use the latest in Heart Rate and Power training techniques.
You’ll get a full 12 week customised training program for cycling that is uniquely tailored to your specific training requirements and fitness level.
What you need:
- A home trainer or wind trainer or access to a gym spin bicycle (optional)
- Simple hand weights (optional)
- A heart rate monitor or power meter. Preferably one from which you can download the data (Polar, Garmin, SRM or Power Tap) into a computer. But you can still do the program which just a basic HR monitor.
Do I get an individual program? We write you a customised training program for the 12 weeks. We structure your program around your family and work commitments with an emphasis on efficient time saving training to ensure you maximise the time you spend on the bike.

Do I get regular contact with my coach? You can send your coach an email once a week with questions
Do I get assistance with my goals? We will incorporate any cycling goals that occur during the 12 weeks of your Custom Cycling Training Program into the program

Do you help me with my Nutrition? You get a standard nutrition plan
Can I renew? Most people renew after the 12 weeks. Some have been on the program for several years. This is especially important if you have a full year of racing.
Can I lose weight on this program? If you follow the program you would expect to lose weight.
How quickly will I see results? Most people on the program report improvements within the first two weeks.
I don’t have a lot of time to train. Is the program making good use of the time that I do have available? There will be no junk km’s in your program. We use the latest in high performance training techniques to ensure that you maximise your training time and get results fast. Recovery rides are not the same as junk km’s.
Do you train using power and heart rate zones? All our daily scheduled training sessions are detailed and based on specific heart rate or power zones and specific cadences.
Once we receive payment from you will be able to download your questioner immediately. Please complete the questioner and fax it or e-mail it back to us. We will create your program based on the information you provide. Turnaround time is usually within 7 days from the time that we receive your completed questioner.
