The other day on my training program I had some sprint intervals that I was doing on the ergo at home. I removed the kitchen clock and lent it against the couch so I could see it. Then David brings out the GYMBOSS. A nice little timer that you set your interval and recovery time and the number of repeats that you need to do and it counts it down for you.

Once I completed my warm-up I hit the start button and it beeped at the end of each interval and recovery. Was great for sprint efforts as the last thing I want to do is be looking down at the clock during the intervals. There is even a clip on the back so I could secure it to my towel.

The intervals need to be constant for it to work, i.e. all the same length.
