14 Day (Australian) and 30 Day (International) Exchange or Refund Guarantee

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer you a 14 day Exchange or Refund Guarantee on all products purchased from us that are delivered to an Australian address or 30 days on all products purchased from us that are delivered to an address outside of Australia. This allows you to return products you have purchased from us within the time period and exchange it (at original purchase price) for any other product in our range or a get a full refund on the original purchase price. Goods must be returned in original condition with the packaging. Return postage to us not included.

We supply products with an Australian Warranty

This means when you purchase from Cycling-Inform you’ll get a genuine Australian warranty. Should your purchase prove faulty within the warranty period you can return your product to us and we will either forward your repair to the genuine suppliers repair department for fast repair at no charge to you or provide you with a replacement product (at our discretion). Return postage to us is not included.

Your credit card payment details are secure when using the PayPal gateway.

When purchasing online with us and paying by credit card we process your payment using the PayPal payment gateway. By using PayPal you ensure that we will never see your credit card details. Only PayPal sees your credit card details. The only information that we get from PayPal is that your payment has been processed correctly. PayPal keeps your financial information private and they guarantee 100% protection against unauthorised payments sent from your PayPal account.

Grey Market Importers On Line - Beware!

Grey Market Importers do not purchase their products from Australian suppliers. Beware of online retailers who do not have an Australian Address or Contact Phone number! Retailers without these contact details are usually located overseas and you should be aware that dealing with these companies can be risky. Grey Market Importers require you to return your faulty product to an overseas address, which can take months or they use a non certified repairers in Australia to do their repair work, both these processes will delay the repair process plus add extra costs of postage and handling.
