Delivery methods

Please note that all orders except for large items such as Kurt Kinetic trainers are delivered by Australia Post.

The large items such as Kurt Kinetic trainers are delivered by courier and they will not deliver to a PO Box. There must be someone at the physical address to sign for the delivery on first devliery. A tracking number will be issued once the courier has collected the goods so you can determine the scheduled delivery date, you need to contact the courier direct if you have special delivery instructions.

As we keep our prices low, if a second delivery is required you will be sent an invoice to cover the charge.
