Delivery methods

 Please note that all orders except for large items such as Kurt Kinetic trainers are delivered by Australia Post.

The large items such as Kurt Kinetic trainers are delivered by courier and they will not deliver to a PO Box. There must be someone at the physical address to sign for the delivery, or we need to have authority to leave the goods unattended. A tracking number will be issued once the courier has collected the goods so you can determine the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery instructions/notes

for courier items - delivery comments should be kept to a minimum, the courier has about 20 characters in there deivery note section.

for Australia Post items - we are unable to instruct Australia Post in terms of delivery notes
