We are investigating merging the two databases so that you will use the same log in details for the store and the website content but for the moment these will remain separate.

How to reset your password
In the first instance please use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and follow the directions.

When you enter your e-mail address a email will be sent to you containing a link to verify your email address. When you click on that link your email address will be verified and you will then be emailed a new password.

It's important to wait for the e-mail to come through then follow the process until your password is reset. This many take a while if your e-mail is slow. If you submit your e-mail address again before you have received the password reset e-mail you may get out of sync with the password rest process and it will fail. This is because your password is reset every time you submit your e-mail using this form and the link on the first e-mail will no longer be valid. If you get into this loop it can become quite frustrating.
