Your order status changes through the lifecycle of the order. Here is some of the more common order statuses and what they mean.
Awaiting Payment: you have sucessfully placed the order, but not yet paid for it. If you elect to pay via direct deposit you will be sent the account details. The order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
Awaiting Fulfillment: you have sucessfully placed the order, and paid for it and is waiting on Cycling-Inform to fill the order and dispatch it.
Incomplete: an error has occurred during your ordering process, usually at the PayPal payment part. We have not received payment for the order. We will contact you if your order status is 'Incomplete'.

Partially Shipped: you have sucessfully placed the order, and paid for it but we have only dispatched part of the order. If we can not fill your order for what ever reason we will advise you and generally offer a refund via the payment method if you do not want to wait for stock.
Cancelled: if we have not received payment for an order after an extended period of time from when the order is placed then the status will be changed to cancelled. Or if you have issues placing the order and the status is incomplete then we see a succesful order on or around the same date we will cancel the incomplete order(s) on the assumption that you only wanted the items of the order once.
Shipped: you have sucessfully placed the order, and paid for it and we have dispathed the items.
Completed: you have sucessfully placed the order, and paid for it. If the order is a downloadable item once the order status is complete you will be sent a link where you can download the item from.
