Cycle with coach Troy and build your endurance as he takes you on a training ride on the famous Iron-distance race course along the Kona coast on the big island of Hawaii.   

Starting at the pier in the small town of Kailua Kona, you'll ride virtually through the barren, moon-like lava fields on the Queen-K highway to Hawi and back, a distance of around 112 miles. Along the ride, coach Troy gives useful training tips and strategies to help you prepare for a successful race.   

The intense heat and blustery winds make this one of the toughest bike rides you'll ever do! Now hop on your bike, apply sunscreen and get ready to ride the Queen-K in Hawaii with coach Troy!
