This is not your main stream general public workout done in your gym shoes. These are quality indoor cycling workouts. They have been developed exclusively from our very successful cycling coaching services. They are designed for the cyclist that is serious about improving their cycling performance and getting results.

Your training is done on your bike so your training gets a 100% transfer out on the road

Your bike is the best bike to train on. We don’t have spin bikes that you’ll be lucky to get close to your optimal bike set up. We ask you to bring your bike and your bike shoes in and train with them in our indoor cycling workout classes. This is to ensure that the valuable time you have to train is neurologically optimised against your bike. This is the only way to guarantee your training will transfer 100% back to better performance out on the road. 

All our coaches trained under the Cycling Australia National Coaching

All our classes are run by coaches trained under the Cycling Australia National Coaching under the Australian National Coach Accreditation Scheme (NCAS).

Take a shower after you train

The BikePark™ facilities have excellent shower and changing facilities so you can take a hot shower after you train before you go to work.

Located at BikePark™ on the north bank bicycle path about 10m from Queens Bridge, just 300m from the Elizabeth Street entrance to Flinders Street Station.

All training will be done on Kurt Kinetic trainers that we supply.

Use BikePark™ facilities to have a shower after your session. Towel and soap supplied.

What you need to bring:

  • Your bike
  • Cycling shoes and clothing
  • Drink bottle
  • Towel for your indoor cycling workout
  • Heart rate monitor

*To test and monitor your progress you'll need a Garmin or Polar cycle computer fitted to your bike with a speed sensor on the rear wheel and that you record your indoor cycling workouts. 

This is for 5 sessions at a discounted rate of $100 saving you $25 on the casual rate.

All sessions must be used within 2 months of purchase.
