Per capsule - 

• Magnesium orotate 150mg, Magnesium aspartate 150mg, Magnesium oxide 170mg (total magnesium 114.4mg), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 25mg, Zinc gluconate 30mg, Viburnum opulus (Cramp Bark) ext. equiv. stem bark inner dry 250mg.

Free from sugar, lactose, dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, salt, colours or preservatives.

Directions:

• Adults - take one to two capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
