We ride the following weekly training rides. All are welcome.
Wednesday Tempo Ride: We join the 5:45am North Road Ride; leaving North Road and Nepean Highway to go long and do the Mt Eliza Loop. We don’t have control over who turns up to this ride but generally the bunch is well behaved with a focus on rolling smooth turns on the way down and back. Back at Black Rock at around 8:00am or go through to the city and get there around 8:30am. This is a solid ride where good bunch riding skills and etiquette are essential.
Friday Easy Recovery Ride: Meet Cafe Racer on Marine Parade, St Kilda at 6:20am for a easy recovery ride down to Black Rock then finish up at The Great Provider in St Kilda for coffee and a chat. Please note that we will not be running this ride on the 22 Feb 2013 as we will be in Bright.
**NOTE** These rides are weather permitting. If it’s raining heavily then we don’t ride and will do an indoor training session instead.
