Our strength and conditioning training uses techniques that most personal trainers aren’t aware of. When you apply them to your training will help you get a huge difference to the amount of power that you can develop on the bike. You’ll start climbing hills faster and become one of the strongest riders on the front of the bunch in weeks not years.
We spent seven years testing and working with a leading strength and conditioning coach Matt Brindle to develop a strength and conditioning training program specifically for cyclists, that enables them to produce more efficient power on the bike than traditional weight training, without needing a gym membership or spending thousands of dollars on expensive equipment or a personal trainer!
During our research over several years, we developed a powerful home-based training system that will give you fantastic gains with your power from just fifteen minutes of exercise three times a week in the convenience of your own home, saving you time. Time that you can spend out training on your bike or with your family. This changes everything and the personal trainers hate us for it.
With so many of cyclists being deskbound it’s more important than ever to do off the bike strength training and even more critical for anyone over the age of 40. This training helps you develop more core strength, quickly in a unique way that is very different from the traditional approach to weight training. This is the missing key that is lacking in many cycle training programs that just focus on training on the bike.
This strength training program has been tuned by professional cyclists racing at state, national and international level competition, as well as recreational riders partaking in events around the globe. No other strength training program comes close to its depth.
Equipment required – dumbells of your weight choice, heavy weights are not required we suggest 1,2 & 5kg. A couple of resistance bands or bike inner tubes and a strong stick/pole like a broom handle.
